Financial Policies

Payment Policy for The Little Foxes. 

Thank you for choosing The Little Foxes. To ensure a clear and seamless experience, please review our payment policy:

  • Session Fees:
    • The FIRST SESSION, which runs about 2 hours (and includes a 30-40 minute follow-up) is $175.
    • SUBSEQUENT SESSIONS are $125.
    • SLIDING FEE SCHEDULE: Reduced rates ($50-$120/session) are available for clients with financial need. To apply, contact us to discuss eligibility.
  • Payment Methods:
    • Payments are accepted via Zelle or PayPal at the close of each session. You will receive an invoice via email, and payment is due immediately following the session with information on how to pay.
  • Cancellations and No-Shows:
    • Cancellations require 24 hours' notice. We would rather not charge you for cancelling, so please give us time to adjust our schedule.
  • Late Payments:
    • Payments must be received within 48 hours of the session. Future sessions may be paused until the balance is cleared.
